Senior Product Manager

PlaySpan is looking for a Senior Product Manager that can help drive the creation of powerful new features on the PlaySpan Monetization platform.

Your responsibility:
This position will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, writing specs, and working with the engineering team to create great products. Additionally you'll work closely with large games and digital goods companies to understand market needs and opportunities. PlaySpan's customers include powerful and demanding brands such as Adobe, EA, Disney, Sony, and MTV.

Your Qualification:
- 5-10 years of experience in product management in consumer web or game development
- You must be able to invent, spot new market opportunties and be reactive to the market
- Must be able to graphically create wire-frames and give interface direction to UI team
- Experience with A/B testing
- Passion for simple and powerful user experiences
- Passion for writing product specifications, White papers
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to detail
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
- Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player
- Previous start-up experience is a huge plus
- BA/BS degree – CS/EE/Engineering degree preferred
