QA Lead/Manager
PlaySpan is looking for senior high calibre QA professionals to help drive and augment our quality assurance team. Your responsibility:
- Setup, deploy and configure test environments
- Develop and document test cases. And also execute these test cases and produce test reports
- Monitor/reproduce customer issues on Production/Staging environments. Escalated such issues and product reproducible bug reports
- Produce test reports and issue/defect reports on a regular basis
- Constantly monitor bugs/defect open/reopen statistics and produce reports on such
- Prioritize issues/bugs and support product team in releasing quality product on time
- Coordinate and report both on site and offshore QA team
Your Qualification:
- BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering or related degree
- Minimum of 8 years of quality assurance experience, and 3 years at lead/management position
- Demonstrable experience in lead QA role and working with large systems
- Strong understanding/experience in supporting agile development models with leading egde software quality assurance processes
- Demonstrable experience in testing practices and automated tools
- Strong Knowledge of internet and e-business standards
- Excellent problem solving, communication and project management skills a must
- Strong leadership and desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
